The product I ordered arrived in a damaged state. What can I do?
Simply return your package to the following address within 14 days:
We will send you a new product and refund you the shipping fee. Make sure to include your invoice in the package, so we can easily replace your order.
I don't like my product. Can I send it back?
Yes, you can return it (within 14 days from receiving your product) to the address above and we you will be refunded immediately. Don't forget to include your invoice in the package, so we can identify your order and process your return quickly. Please note that in this case you have to pay for shipping yourself.
What can I do if I lose my invoice?
You can print your invoice from your account. Just go to 'My orders', pick the invoice you need and print it. If you don't have an account you can print the confirmation of your order we sent to your e-mail.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with your credit/debit card and via online bank transfer.
How do I know the product I received is an original?
Every product you order from this site is an original: it should be signed, numbered, and dated. If you find my products on a different page, it is not an original.
